A Healthy, Homemade Pizza Recipe

Easy Gourmet Pizza Recipe

1 14-inch homemade pizza dough
1/2 can organic, all-natural pizza sauce, such as Muir Glen
4 oz. fontina cheese, shredded
4 oz. smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pizza dough, prebaking for 8 minutes as suggested in the recipe. Spread pizza sauce on top, followed by half of the cheeses, turkey pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, the other half of the cheeses, and spices. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

  1. my family used to own a pizza shop and we had the most crazy combo request to be put on the pizza. so one day we decided to make a pizza which we called it "Heart attack"
